How to Make a Report

In the event that you suspect a child or vulnerable adult has been abused, it is important that you contact the appropriate authorities immediately.

  1. Department of Social Services: Call the agency closest to your city. If reporting after normal business hours, contact your local law enforcement agency by calling either 911 or their direct line. They will locate an on-call worker for you.
