Team Two had the best time in Dante! God was so present in this small community. There wasn’t a moment where we did not feel loved and welcomed.  The night program began on Sunday and we were pleasantly surprised with a large amount of young men in attendance and a few girls. They brought so much energy to our nights, it was hard to keep up! Although rambunctious, they had a fire for their faith and a clear desire to receive the sacraments. Team two had another great week as they traveled to Yankton, South Dakota. This week was met with a few challenges, but everyone on the team was grateful to have an opportunity to learn patience and grow in God’s love. The night program began on Sunday and ended on Thursday. This crowd was mostly high schoolers eager to learn how to grow in prayer. Although these programs were more challenging than the previous week, it was still fruitful. God was clearly at work, calling everyone on team two to rely on each other and truly die to…

Team 2 had an awesome time in their first parishes! We were welcomed by the community of Aberdeen, South Dakota. When we arrived, they celebrated Corpus Christi with the entire Blessed Sacrament Pastorate at a big block party. We celebrated by listening to music, playing games, and hanging out with Bishop Degrood! The day and night programs began on Monday, June 3rd. These programs bore much fruit as God worked through us as instruments of His divine love. The love of God was already incredibly apparent in the Aberdeen students. During the day program, the students were very receptive to everything we taught and were eager to learn more on how to pray. During the night programs, the middle and high school students discussed prayer, how to keep God in…
