Annual Reporting Requirements

As a reminder, all parishes are required by Diocesan policy to submit annual reports to the Chancery. The reports include both financial and sacramental records for the parishes/juridic persons in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021.

RECENTLY UPDATED forms can be found under the Diocesan Policies and Forms portal which is accessed from the Diocesan webpage at www.sfcatholic.org/diocesan-policies-forms/. Users must be logged into their sfcatholic.org email address when accessing the portal.

As a reminder, in addition to the canonical obligation, these reporting mechanisms are also meant to ensure that the legal structures representing parishes fulfill the legal requirements set forth by the State of South Dakota.

Thank you to all pastors and parish administrative support staff members collaborating in the completion of these forms in a timely way. Submission of the forms should be completed before September 1, 2021.
