My story
Growing up in a Catholic family, I was given a firm foundation in my Catholic faith. This allowed me to know that God was there, but I struggled to understand what that meant for my life. Throughout my high school years, I encountered individuals who shared about how the Lord desired a personal relationship with me. Through a simple yes, I began to open myself up to this relationship by growing in a daily prayer life. I soon learned that I became more myself when I was letting every moment of my day be given to the Lord. I continue to deepen this personal relationship with Christ and share that invitation with the youth that I encounter!
Where I Serve?
I will be serving as a Lumen Christi Missionary for the Diocese of Sioux Falls in the Aberdeen area as well as traveling to other cities and parishes throughout the diocese. Lumen Christi is a brand new initiative of the Discipleship and Evangelization Office. Our mission of serving the diocese will consist of outreach to parishes through youth and family events, evangelization of youth through mentorship and Bible studies, and an overall dedication to the spiritual needs of the people of the Diocese of Sioux Falls.
